Neither megacabs.com, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that megacabs.com will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of megacabs.com, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided.

megacabs.com is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damage or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action. megacabs.com does not warrant that defects would be corrected or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not megacabs.com) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. User specifically acknowledges that megacabs.com is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with user.

n addition to the terms set forth above, neither megacabs.com, nor its affiliates, information providers or content partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or unauthenticity of, the information contained within megacabs.com, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the user, or for any claims or losses arising there from or occasioned thereby. OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:

Please note that the Customer shall pay the taxi fare (as displayed in the meter), parking charges, additional night surcharge (where applicable) to & fro toll charges and any fee or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the taxi services.
 We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
All the calls made to our call centre are recorded by us for quality and training purposes.
All vehicles registered with Mega Cabs Ltd. are continuously tracked using GPS for security reasons only.
Mega Cabs Ltd. has the right to use the customer contact information for its own marketing purposes

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting- directly or indirectly - from any natural calamity, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults or any other causes beyond our control.
We have insurance policy covering the Personal Accident to passengers traveling in our cabs. The claim has to be settled with the insurance company directly as per rules and regulations applicable from time to time.
Mega Cabs shall be entitled to add to, vary or amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment
