You can pay the Mega Cabs Chauffeur in cash after the completion of a trip. |

Will I get a receipt for the amount paid?
Yes, the chauffer will provide you printed/manual cash receipt. Please insist for the receipt of the total amount paid by you. If a receipt is not provided to you, please call our Customer Care Centre and let us know. |

Can I pay using my credit card?
At present, we are not offering payment by credit card in the Mega Cabs cabs. We expect to launch this service shortly. |

What do I do if I have left something in the cab?
In case you have left behind something in the cab, please call our Customer Care Centre and give us details of the cab number, date and time of travel. Our Customer Care Executives will help you in tracking down your valuables if found in the cab. |

What if I want to cancel a booking?
In order to maintain the highest standards of service for all our customers, we do not encourage cancellations after the booking has been confirmed. However, in circumstances where you must cancel a confirmed booking, please call our Customer Care Centre and our Customer Care Executives will do the needful. |
